Numerous prophetic words about Jesus are recorded in the Bible. Declared through the centuries, they have pointed to the day when our Savior would be born and we would be reunited in relationship with our Heavenly Father. Even more incredible is the promise that we would be healed, set free, and empowered to experience the Kingdom of God. It is God’s will that His kingdom would come on Earth as it is in Heaven!
The Bible tells us that there are no tears in Heaven, only joy, peace, provision, and, of course, the presence of God. Unfortunately, the life we now experience can be a far cry from this picture.
Pain, sickness, sorrow, and hardship can be our reality at times. However, just as the prophets long ago forecasted the coming Messiah, we need to see the power of that spoken word becoming a reality in our lives.
The incredible growth of Planetshakers’ ministry today started with prophetic words spoken over our lives 20 years ago. One of those ‘words’ declared that my husband Russell would travel the world carrying the ‘fire of God’ with him and bringing transformational change to a generation. Today, that’s exactly what we are doing. And it all started when we agreed with the word of God as it was spoken over us.
It’s so important to understand that prophetic words do not need to be logically analyzed and agreed upon according to the resources and opportunities available in the natural. A prophetic word doesn’t always make sense or come with a step-by-step plan.
All you need to do is believe God’s Word and start declaring it with your mouth. Step by step, He will open the doors, provide the resources, and direct your path to see that Word fulfilled in your life as you speak it out by faith.
Beginning today, let’s choose to agree with God’s Word and begin to prophesy change into being!
Jesus encouraged us to speak to our mountains and see them removed. What mountain are you facing in your life? Instead of seeing the odds stacked against you, why not prophesy the change that will bring you into victory? Prophesy healing, provision, transformation, and life!
